...a good, healthy catharsis

...who’s running a company that’s facing a harsh drop in earnings. Would you give them a 10% raise?

I didn’t think so.

But Bertie Ahern, the Taoiseach of a country with a population smaller than many major cities, is giving himself such a raise [via]. Makes you sick, doesn’t it?

Now go compare it against what other world leaders are getting, and consider that all of these have much harder jobs than our very own “Pratai” Ahern.

Hi Keith

Barry here from IrishDev.com - I noticed you posted about Joel Spolsky.

Joel is in Dublin next week to open the Irish Java Technology Conference http://ijtc.firstport.ie

As someone who prides himself with quality employment, maybe he could flick over to Leinster House and have a word in HR!!

Best regards barry

Spammers, don’t bother posting crap down here. The site is set up so that legitimate search engines (Google, for instance) won’t index pages with comments on them. Posting crud here only means you’re wasting my time and patience. Shoo!
