I think this should be the last one for a while.
I haven’t made any major interface changes but there are a few important internal ones, namely:
- You’re now able to keep your configuration in a file called
_config.phpin the same directory as the IsaacBrowser IV script, so your settings won’t get overwritten between upgrades. - Zip files are now streamed down rather than built and send in one big chunk. This means that the size of the zip files it can produce are limited only by the size of the individual files it contains rather than the size of the zip file produced as a whole.
- The method use for generating the thumbnail filenames is better better and simpler: if you change a file in some way, it will no longer create a completely new thumbnail with a completely different name: as long as you haven’t renamed the file, the name of the thumbnail remains the same. This does, however, mean that if you upgrade to this version, all your old thumbnails are invalid. A small price to avoid junk thumbnails in the future though.
- Oh, and it’s smaller than the previous version!
So, download away! Any feedback is much appreciated.
Update (June 17th): I’m throwing around a few ideas, if anybody wants to contribute.
